Right now, Runescape is offline and nobody can login. Runescape won't load for anybody and it's sad and depressing. We're expecting a news report soon on Runescape.com but for now, we're just going to Runescape Community for news.
Another blogger has also commented on Runescape being offline.
Be sure to visit them to see a picture (screenshot) of the login server broken.
